¿DORMIR O ENTRENAR? ¿QUÉ ES MÁS IMPORTANTE PARA EL CRECIMIENTO MUSCULAR?

Durante el entrenamiento, nuestros músculos sufren un alto desgaste. A través de esta estimulación es como los hacemos crecer, .

pero es primordial un descanso para que los músculos sean capaces de regenerarse y de desarrollarse.  Por esta razón, en Gym Pro quisimos explicarte un poco más sobre el tema

El sueño es uno de los factores más importantes para conseguir el crecimiento muscular. Se recomienda dormir de 7 a 8 horas diarias para lograr el descanso total y así recuperarnos de las sesiones de entrenamiento.

Adicional al sueño, es importante que no se trabajen más de dos veces a la semana cada grupo muscular, ya que de lo contrario, se puede lograr un efecto contraproducente. Nuestras fibras musculares en vez de repararse, colapsarían por la fatiga, perdiendo así, su tono.

Es por esto que muchas personas terminan por estancarse en su rutina, sin conseguir desarrollar su fuerza o masa muscular. En parte, esto puede deberse a que los músculos se encuentran sobreentrenados y ya no responden ante el ejercicio.    

Entonces, ¿qué es más importante, dormir o hacer ejercicio?

Ambos son importantes si deseas tener un estilo de vida saludable a largo plazo, pero lo que debes tener claro, es que la falta de sueño hace que te sientas cansado, consumas más calorías y por supuesto que no rindas en el gimnasio.

En Gym Pro, te recomendamos que duermas bien y guardes descanso entre entrenos.  De esta manera, poder entrenar con los músculos frescos, recuperados y listos para afrontar el entrenamiento
